Beginner Exercises

Footwork

Hundred

A fluid sequence that enhances spinal mobility and lateral strength. From a side-lying position, you create a spiral movement that challenges coordination and control.

An advanced exercise that requires full-body integration and exceptional balance. With your hands on the footbar and your body extended, you create a star shape while controlling the carriage movement.
