Corpoz Pilates Reformer Studio ("the Studio") is operated by Corpoz, located at 17 rue Bréguet, 75011 Paris, France.

These Terms govern the relationship between the Studio and any individual registering for and/or attending classes ("the Client"). By booking or attending a class, the Client accepts these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Client": Any person registering with the Studio to attend a class.
• "Class": Any Pilates Reformer session provided by the Studio.
• "Booking Platform": The online scheduling and payment system used by the Studio (Bsport or equivalent).
• "Package": A bundle of prepaid classes purchased by a Client.
• "Membership": A subscription providing access to classes under specific terms.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• Registration is mandatory via the Booking Platform before attending any class.
• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Minimum age: 16 years. Clients under 18 require parental consent.
• A valid medical certificate confirming no contraindications to physical activity and a completed health questionnaire are required before the first class.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients confirm they are in good health and fit to participate in physical exercise.
• Clients agree to inform the Studio immediately of any medical condition that may affect participation.
• Participation is at the Client's own risk.
• The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to anyone deemed medically unfit to participate.

5. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Bookings must be made in advance via the Booking Platform.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of class.
• Cancellations after this period, or no-shows, will result in the class being fully charged or deducted from the Client's Package.
• The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, Clients will be offered an alternative booking or a class credit.

6. Payments, Packages & Validity

• All classes, Packages, and Memberships must be paid for in advance via the Booking Platform.
• Packages have a validity period clearly stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 months). Expired credits cannot be refunded or extended, except at the Studio's discretion in case of medical reasons (with documentation).
• Memberships are billed according to the chosen plan. Cancellation terms are specified upon purchase.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.

7. Refund Policy

• All sales (Packages, Memberships, single classes) are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., prolonged medical incapacity), the Studio may offer a partial credit or extension at its sole discretion.

8. Liability Waiver

• By participating in a Class, the Client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with physical exercise.
• The Studio, its staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
• Clients are responsible for their own belongings; the Studio is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

9. Studio Rules & Conduct

• Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Entry may be refused after the start of class.
• Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene.
• Mobile phones must remain on silent mode during sessions.
• Food and drink (other than water) are not permitted in the studio area.
• Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal data collected via registration and the Booking Platform is used solely for managing bookings, payments, and client communication.
• The Studio complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
• Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting contact@corpoz.fit.
• The Studio may use third-party providers (e.g., Bsport) for bookings and payments; Clients are also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to Terms

• The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be published on www.corpoz.fit/terms and take immediate effect.
• Continued use of the Studio's services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by French law.
• Any dispute arising from the use of the Studio's services will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
