A brand launch in a Paris Pilates studio: preparing your event brief
To organise a brand launch in a Paris Pilates studio, define the role of the activity, guest numbers, arrival flow and production needs. Corpoz offers private events in its Paris 11 studio. Distinguish people taking the class, guests attending the presentation and the production team: those groups require different arrangements.

Is the class the centre of the event?
A product discovery followed by a class needs a different running order from a press gathering without practice. Explain your purpose: presenting a collection, welcoming journalists, bringing a community together or thanking clients. The Reformer activity should have a clear place in that journey rather than being added by default.
Corpoz's event offering describes hosting, brand experiences and production support. Confirm which services fit your project and what they cost: their presence on the page does not mean every quote includes them all.
Build a realistic guest journey
Arrival and welcome
Say whether guests arrive together or in waves. Allow time for orientation, introductions and changing for those taking the class.
Activity or product discovery
Specify simultaneous participants and the teaching language. Corpoz advertises up to ten participants per Reformer session; a larger audience needs specific arrangements.
Conversation, images and departure
Define time for conversation, photography and departures. Production also needs setup and breakdown time, separate from guest hosting.
This outline is a planning aid, not a fixed-duration Corpoz programme. The studio needs to confirm the running order, circulation and capacity for your intended use.
What should you send the team?
| Topic | Useful brief information |
|---|---|
| Brand and purpose | Product, audience and intended event outcome |
| Numbers | Guests, simultaneous participants and production team |
| Dates | Preferred date, alternative and total venue time |
| Content | Class, presentation, conversation and photography |
| Production | Furniture, equipment, deliveries and constraints to discuss |
| Hospitality | Drinks, food and other services to quote |
| Decision | Budget, contact and approval deadline |
Ask about signage, moving objects, technical equipment and filming. Get the organisation agreed before planning an activation around the machines.
A sample brief for an agency
Fictional example: we are preparing a brand product discovery with eight participating guests and two production staff. We would like a welcome, an English-language class, then conversation and some photos. A Thursday morning could work. Could you specify setup time, inclusions, total budget and confirmation conditions?
If you plan to use guest images, organise appropriate permissions with your team. Hiring a private venue does not automatically make guests available for your communications.
Review the proposal before agreeing
Check numbers, times, production access, services, extras and amendment conditions. Ask what happens if the guest count changes. Sending a form does not confirm availability.
For an employee activity rather than a brand event, use the recurring corporate programme guide. For recurring professional use of the space, studio rental serves a different need.
