Renting a wellbeing studio in Paris for a regular practice
To rent a wellbeing studio in Paris, define your activity, group size, times and frequency before comparing venues. Corpoz's rental offering is aimed at movement professionals, practitioners and wellbeing experiences. It offers a recurring slot with a monthly commitment, with details to confirm after a discussion and visit.
Venue rental or a hosted experience: clarify what you need
If you are a teacher or practitioner welcoming your own clients, you first need a space compatible with your practice. Explain how you will organise and supervise your session.
If you want to book a teacher-led Pilates experience for guests or a team, start with private events or the corporate offering. Renting a venue and buying a hosted class are different requests.
Which projects can you present to Corpoz?
The studio rental page describes uses including yoga, mat Pilates, mobility, consultations, breathwork workshops and community gatherings. Inclusion in this list does not guarantee that every project will be accepted: discuss the activity, times and technical needs with the team.
Do not assume rental includes access to the Reformers or permission to use them for your teaching. Specify the equipment you need and confirm its availability, conditions of use and each party's responsibilities.
What to check during a visit
Space for your session
Explain the positions, movement and setup you need. Ask which capacity fits that use rather than treating the number of places in a Reformer class as the venue's general capacity.
Equipment and welcome arrangements
List what you will bring and what you would like on site. Check storage, access, setup time, tidying and arrangements for welcoming participants.
Comfort for your appointments
Consider quiet, sound, lighting and privacy according to your practice. Ask about accessibility requirements relevant to your clients before promoting the venue.
Preparing a recurring-slot request
Describe your activity
Explain your practice, audience, session format and expected group size. Add a short introduction to your activity to give the request context.
Suggest a schedule
Give your preferred times, duration including setup and tidying, frequency and intended start date. Suggest alternatives if your calendar allows.
Clarify the monthly proposal
Confirm the price, reserved slots, commitment, conditions for changes and included services. A starting price alone does not establish your project's final cost.
How can you compare two venues beyond the hourly price?
Compare the cost against your actual routine: number of sessions, preparation time, equipment to transport and the possibility of regular slots. A cheaper venue may require more logistics; one closer to your clients may make their journey easier. These trade-offs depend on your activity, rather than a universal ranking of Paris studios.
Corpoz is at 17 rue Bréguet, 75011 Paris, near Bréguet-Sabin. Before advertising the address as your new venue, wait for confirmation of the terms and your slot.
