A Pilates birthday or hen party in Paris: planning a private session

Plan a private Pilates celebration in Paris with a useful guest, language, date and hospitality brief for Corpoz.
By Corpoz StudioPublished on

For a Pilates birthday or hen party in Paris, prepare your guest count, Reformer experience, preferred language and two possible dates. Corpoz offers private events in its Paris 11 studio, with up to ten participants per Reformer session. The format, services and price are confirmed in a proposal; an enquiry does not reserve the date.

What would you like to share?

A class with friends and a celebration with hosting require different arrangements. Before choosing a duration, identify the purpose: discovering the machine together, arranging a session for the person being celebrated, or combining movement with time to gather.

Corpoz's enquiry offering includes birthdays and hen or stag parties. That does not mean a single fixed package applies to every group. State what you would like included and ask the studio to confirm what is possible.

Shape the session around your guests

Ask who is new to the Reformer and which language everyone can follow. Avoid selecting a high-intensity class simply to make the occasion special. The class-format guide explains the differences, while your event session is agreed with the team.

If more than ten people want to practise, ask about separate sessions or hosting arrangements. Ten participants per class is not a universal capacity for every use of the building. Give separate numbers for participants and guests who will not take the class.

What should your enquiry include?

DetailWhy it matters
Occasion and guest countDefines the group and expectations
Preferred and alternative datesHelps find a possible slot
Experience and languageHelps plan instruction
Total time availableSeparates the class from arrival and hosting
Budget and hospitality wishesClarifies what should be quoted
Organiser contactKeeps decisions and confirmation in one place

Discuss photography, drinks, food and decorations in the proposal. A service shown in another experience is not automatically included in your event.

A request you can adapt

Fictional example: we would like a birthday session for eight adults, five of whom are new to the Reformer. Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning could work, in French. We would like a class followed by time together. Could you suggest a slot and explain possible hosting, the budget and confirmation conditions?

For a hen party, add the constraints of the rest of your day so you can leave enough time between activities. Allow time to change and depart rather than treating class duration as the entire visit.

What should guests bring?

Workout clothes and grip socks are the starting essentials. Share the first-class guide and the specific instructions received for your event.

Can we bring a cake or decorations?

Ask in your brief. The studio needs to confirm what is possible, the time required, venue rules and what is included or charged separately.

When is the date confirmed?

Follow the steps the team specifies in the proposal. Sending the enquiry form alone is not a reservation.
