English-speaking Reformer Pilates in Paris: how to choose and book a class
To book English-speaking Reformer Pilates in Paris, check the language of the specific session, then its level and availability. Corpoz offers French- and English-language sessions at 17 rue Bréguet, Paris 11. Bilingual instructors do not mean every group class is translated: choose a session that meets your needs.

How do you check the teaching language before paying?
Start with the Corpoz schedule, open the session description and look for its language information. If it is unclear, ask the studio before purchasing. Switching the website to English changes the interface; it does not change the teaching language of a booked class.
A useful message is: “I would like to follow the instructions in English. Can you confirm the teaching language for this session on this date and at this time?” Identifying the session avoids a general answer about languages spoken by the team.
Choose the level as well as the language
An intense English session is not necessarily the right first class. Mindful Flow and Deep Control are presented as welcoming all levels, with different intensities. Compare their descriptions in the class-format guide, then read the available session's details.
Find two possible sessions
Choose a preferred date and a backup. Check the journey from your hotel, work or home on the studio page.
Confirm the language and format
Make sure you can follow the instructions and that the level matches your experience. Tell the teacher if you are new to the machine.
Book and read the confirmation
Choose an appropriate purchase, complete your booking and check the date, time and arrival instructions. Buying a pass alone does not confirm a place.
What if no group class fits?
You can also explore private sessions. State your preferred language and availability through the available booking or request flow; a suitable teacher and slot still need confirmation. Private instruction is not automatically available whenever you wish.
Our private-versus-group guide explains the organisational differences. The single-class, pack or membership guide can help you choose a purchase.
Can I book while visiting Paris?
Compare occasional options and their conditions on the pricing page. First check that the session and its language fit your travel dates.
Are English classes only for native English speakers?
What matters is being able to follow the session's instructions. You can choose English if it is the language you are comfortable using.
Do I need to know Pilates vocabulary?
You do not need to know every exercise name. Say that you are a beginner and ask for a demonstration or explanation when an instruction is unclear.
